In the book, “Eat Right For Your Type’ by doctor Peter J D’Adamo, he has said that every food product is not good for every blood type. Take for instance, papaya; this is a fruit with numerous health benefits. But, when one person profits from it, the other gets stomach upset. This goes to illustrate that our body has a sense of what is good for it and what is not.
In every variety of fruits and vegetables, there is a classification of what is good for your blood type and what is not. The simple fact of life is if you eat simple food according to what suits your body or blood type, you will not be overweight.
The idea of the Blood Type Diet is that even if it tells you to avoid something, it always gives you a viable alternative. Actor Sonal Sehgal says that she had a sinus problem which wouldn’t go no matter how much medication she’d take, and sinus operation was finally recommended to her. But she followed the Blood Type diet and ever since, her sinus has been under control.
