Dealing with death of a loved one : HOW TO

Death is the most certain fat of human. And even though we all know it very well, we cannot bear the pain of the death of someone we love. Dealing with the death of a loved one is one of the hard things that we have to do in our life. Life never stops and even if we lost the person we love most in the world, we have to carry our life with the fact and live our life.

The death of a loved one makes us want to die. The first reaction of such event makes us think the world a very cruel place and there is no reason to live anymore. But still we have to live and take care of other members of the family and friends.

DEALTH in loved and beloved ones

To deal at the time right after the death of a loved one is to think less of the person. It is not an easy thing to do and the best way to do so is to keep you busy with something. The thing might be a serious deal or just a hobby. You can start practicing any of your old hobbies or start a new one. You can keep yourself busy with learning something new or doing something new.

Other than doing something, you can be busy with your friends or family members. The most important thing is not to be alone. Being alone is the worst thing after the death of a loved one. The more you will live alone, the more you will feel sorry for the dead person and will get depressed.

You better talk to the other persons. If you do not have a large friend circle or a family, go to new places and meet new people. Start a new social life and make friends. But never live alone, if possible, try to get company even at night.

The time is the best solution of forgetting such tragic event in life. But until then, you have to live your life anyway by keeping yourself busy among friends and works.
