Stretch marks can appear on the skin due to pregnancy or over weight gain. It leaves unpleasant to look at silver lines over the skin which seem hard to get rid of. It can affect both women and men equally.

However here we are going to tell you natural and effective ways to get rid of such stretch marks:
- Coffee beans: Mix the grinded coffee beans with water and gently rub the affected area in circular motion for 1 minute. Wipe it off with a warm and damp cloth, it will help in removing the dead skin and also the stretch marks.
- Cocoa butter: Apply cocoa butter like a cream over the affected area. Cocoa butter has the ability to penetrate the skin deep down to the second layer dermis and helps in repairing the damaged skin from inside.
- Aloe Vera: Use fresh Aloe Vera sap taken from its leaf; apply it as a cream over the skin. Aloe Vera is known for its medicinal properties and is extremely helpful in curing skin diseases and healing the scar. You may also use Aloe Vera based herbal creams.
- Diet: As weight gain also cause stretch marks to occur, a healthy dies is recommended to avoid and heal the stretch marks. Include all kinds of nutrients in your daily diet; eat green vegetables and fresh fruits to keep your weight balanced.
- Water: Hydrate your body with ample amount of water. It surely helps in curing the stretch marks and also prevents the skin to expand and bear stretch marks during pregnancy and sudden weight gain.
