How To Prevent Hair Loss – Preventing hair loss

Hair loss is very common nowadays due to several factors like pollution, stress, lack of proper nutrition and many others. It is estimated that 95 percent of hair loss is genetic, but there are lot more factors leading to this problem. The following steps will guide youhow to prevent and avoid hair loss in nine simple steps.

Instructions:

Step 1 : Wash regularly

Washing your hair regularly helps you to remove unclean and unhealthy hair. Thus frequent washing will keep your hair clean and healthy.

Step 2 : Eat nutritious food

You must have a balanced diet and you must know that eating disorders, nutritional deficiencies and more amounts of certain vitamins like E and A , can lead to hair loss.

Step 3 : Care your health

Take care of your health and hygiene, because the conditions like high fever, chronic illness and infections may lead some times to hair loss.

Step 4 : Massage your scalp

Do massage your scalp daily which helps in increasing blood flow to the scalp and root hair thus helping in stimulating hair follicles to grow.

Step 5 : Avoid over stretching your hair

Never stretch your hair tightly by braiding and this can lead to hair fall as well. Avoid hair styles like cornrows and ponytails, which stretch and pull hair.

Step 6 : Control your stress and tensions

Studies proved that stress is one of the main factors for hair loss, so manage your stress by doing stress relieving exercises or by doing yoga and meditation. Daily sufficient amount of sleep is also very much necessary.

Step 7 : Oiling the hair helps

Oiling your hair for example with coconut oil will help you in hair fall control. The reason here is, when is go out the dust in the polluted environment wont stick to your hair rather protected by oil cover which can be washed off when you go home.

Step 8 : Stick on to one shower gel or shampoo

If you continuously change them the damage would be more since the shampoos contain chemical products, they are to be used carefully and for daily purpose better use low power ones.

Step 9 : Identify the problem

Try to identify when your hair loss started. For example if you applied lot of dyes or started straightening it and if you find that this could be the reason for it. Then stop using them and consult your hair specialist.

    Hey Rajesh, your new site is absolutely wonderful. I love the layout and I must say, overall design. Awesome Man! bty, this really is a very useful post. You must be knowing that I am suffering from hair-loss and the reason is mentioned in step no. 6. It was just too much of it and in the end, I had to face this problem. Also, unhealthy food could be one of the main reasons. Whatever may be, it can happen to anyone. So, its better to take precautions and follow all these steps as mentioned in this post.
