How to use a Netti pot to cure sinusSinus is a bad disease but it can be treated easily and naturally. Using a Neti pot for sinus is the best remedy at home and in an ancient method to cure any allergies from sinus. You can start using a Neti pot when you see the first symptoms of sinus. Neti pot is made from clay and is a small vessel which comes with a spout. You need to use special kind of salt which are available in food stores or pharmacies who sell homeopathic medicines, also normal table salt can be used. The saline solution needs to be inhaled inside through the nose.

Using is Neti pot is not that difficult. All you need is a Neti pot, saline solution and some Vaseline. The solution is easily available in the market in ready packs or if searched properly you might get the receipt too for it. The bacterium is cleaned out because of the salt solution thus relieving you from sinus. Use only half of the dose from the solution instead of filling the pot as that won’t help to cure your sinus. Use warm water and pour it over the dry saline solution and keep stirring it till it dissolves. Now place your nostrils in the Neti pot spout in the upward direction. If you are not comfortable and your skin is sensitive then apply Vaseline.

Make sure that your chin is bit lower than your forehead. You should be able to breathe comfortably through your mouth. The pressure will build in when the solution starts going inside the nostrils. The water will slide down from the other nostril and keep breathing normally from your mouth. Remove the Neti pot once you are done or the solution is dried up. Now take handkerchief or a tissue paper and blow your nose very gently so that all gunks are removed from the nose. Do the same procedure for the other nostril too. Once you are done with the Neti pot do some exercise so that if there is any water inside it will come out from your nose.
