As it is said, almost all people have any kind of mental disorder of face of any kind of mental disorder at one stage of life. Mental illness has a wide range and it varies over person to person. Some key factors like family, environment, friends, education and experience are very important for causing mental problem and these factors are mostly different for everyone. So the symptoms of the illness also vary.
But one thing is common for almost all mental disorders and that is none of them cause any physical symptoms. All the symptoms of mental disorder are about the mental health and reveals with the sudden change of personality or body language. To determine the mental illness, the doctors usually depend on a mental illness test.
The mental illness test involves around the patients response to a certain social situation. Sometimes the doctors talk to the patients for long time to know how the patient thinks of the world around him. Sometimes the doctors show a series of picture and want to know the patient’s opinion. The main principle here is to know if the patient has the ability to think like a normal person or can act like a normal person.
There are some situations where the activity of a person might seem like a mental disorder, but actually it is not an illness. There are some common parameters that the doctors follow in a mental illness test to determine the mental illness. For example, some people have extra ordinary ability on a specific subject but they fail to maintain other normal social contacts.
This is not a mental disorder; even the surrounding people think it is. Only the recognized methods by the doctors will determine whether it is a mental disorder or not.For some mental states, like anxiety or depression, doctors depend on normal pathological tests like checking blood pressure or heart rate. But that is not very common. Most of the tests are based on psychological condition of the patient.
