Recent figures suggest that there has been an alarming increase of womb cancer in women, in almost 30 years, from 13 per 100,000 in the year 1975 to more than 19 per 100,000. The world’s first full face transplant has been done in France. This landmark operation that lasted for more than 12 hours was carried at the Creteil-Mondor hospital in Paris.
