1. Mix yoghurt, mashed papaya and one teaspoon milk powder
2. Apply it on your body
3. Leave for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool waer
4. Remember to wear sun block cream before you leave home
5. Use Vitamin E lotion before taking shower.
