Home Remedies for ArthritisHere are the home remedies to cure arthritis. These natural remedies are inexpensive ways to cure arthritis, so much that if you do them in the early stages, you may not have to do joint replacement. Arthritis home remedies are as follows:

Potato Juice: Raw potato juice is considered one of the best natural treatments for arthritis problems, osteoarthritis as well as rheumatoid arthritis. All you need to is cut a medium size potato into thin slices, without removing the skin and place the slices overnight in a big glass filled with cold water. The water should be drunk on an empty stomach in the morning.

Green vegetables juice:

One cup of green juice, extracted from any green leafy vegetable, mixed in equivalent proportions with carrot, celery, and red beet juices is good for arthritis. The alkaline action of raw juices dissolves the buildup of deposits around the joints and in other tissues.

Drink fresh pineapple juice:

A cup of fresh pineapple juice is recommended, as the enzyme bromelain in fresh pineapple juice minimizes swelling and inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Arthritis treatment using Coconut or Mustard Oil:

Warm coconut oil or mustard oil, mixed with 2 or 3 pieces of camphor should be massaged on stiff and aching joints. It will help in increasing blood supply, and decrease inflammation and stiffness with the gentle warmth produced while massaging.

Sesame seeds: A teaspoon of black sesame seeds, dipped in a quarter cup of water and kept overnight, found to be very useful in reducing joint pains to a great extent. Seeds soaked water should be taken along with the seeds every morning when you get up.

Green gram soup: Joint inflammation can be reduced by mixing a tablespoon of green gram in a cup of water, mixed with two crushed garlic cloves.
