1. Do exercises that can help you in strengthening your back muscles.
2. Wear shoes that are having low heals or try flat shoes containing heal one inch or lower than that.
3. Don’t sit for long hours rather take short breaks in between your work and have a walk, stretch your back and relax.
4. Try to push the heavy objects rather than pulling them for changing their position.
5. Maintain correct postures while standing or sitting.
