Allergy to substances: A sensitive skin may be allergic to a lot of things, like fabric, jewelry, animal fur, fragrances and pollen seeds. Jewelry which contains nickel are aid to be more infectious than any other metal and are strong enough to cause red itchy rash on neck.  Particular type of fabric or fragrance may also be a source of irritation to your skin type. People with such sensitive skin must keep away from animal fur as well.

Sometime a bigger disease like jaundice or kidneys problems may also be associated with itchy rashes appearing on neck.  As soon as you notice any rash on neck or any other body part, it is always better to consult the doctor before it spreads further, as it may be caused due to some fungal or bacterial infection which may be dangerous.
