Neck arthritis is also called as cervical spondylosis or degenerative disk disease. To be able to take appropriate treatment and bring arthritis relief, it is important to first identify the symptoms of Neck Arthritis to know if one if suffering from neck arthritis or not.
The common symptoms are severe pain in the neck which may extend to shoulders as well. In certain cases patients are reported to have experienced headaches as well. Another way to bring arthritis relief to your neck pain is using cervical pillows. During sleep it helps in keeping the neck and the spinal cord in the right posture and does not cause stiffness and pain when the patient wakes up.
