Most of the women around the world have a complaint of irregular periods. They also being complain that in a month they experience periods twice. Menopause follows a time cycle of approximately twenty one days. Periods tends to last for four or eight days that vary from person to person. In many cases periods can last for 8 – 12 days, and in such cases the cycle is of around two months.
