Like every season, menstrual cycle is a natural cycle for any fertile women. We all understand it as a part of our life. But if this natural process causes immense pain then how can one take it as a part of one’s life. Many women suffer at least once a month because of the terrible pain it gives. When the pain gets intolerable, they start taking pain killers, injections etc to relieve themselves.
But one should sit and think as to why the pain occurs. Here are few reasons and ways to be out of it-

Reasons for pain during menstrual cycles:
- No exercise
- Medicines
- No proper schedule
- Increase in eternal body heat
- Change in hormones
- Delivery etc.
It has been found by researchers that there are plenty of reasons of experiencing pain during menopause. In this so called fast and happening life there is lot of work but no exercise. As per the majority, the people who go to work stick themselves in a chair for eight hours, then go home and complete the household work. Yes they do exercise but for hardly half an hour in a day, which is very small as compared to what should be devoted to the body.
One should find out the reasons and then take various actions or ways to cure the pain. Here are few ways and solutions one should follow to relieve themselves from the pain of menstrual cycle:
- Yoga- the most beneficial
- Hard core exercise or game which allows movement of stomach along with other parts of body. For example swimming, running, aerobics etc
- Keeping the stomach cool by eating gulkand, black seeds etc
- While following dieting- make sure that healthy food is being eaten.
- Keep stomach movements or exercise after every four to five hours regularly.
- Avoid pain killers during menopause
- Try to engage yourself in interesting activities to divert your mind from the pain of menstrual cycle.
These are the few ways by which one can stop or decrease their pain. Even if you get irregular periods follow the above steps. Also, see to it that you have regular schedule in terms of meal and sleep which will help you to get everything set in a proper time schedule. Do not be nervous during periods as it affects the body more.
