Psoriatic nail is generally an idiopathic condition. Around the world U.S. people are more infected. Psoriasis nail generally occurs to the patient who is suffering from psoriasis disease. It is hard to treat psoriatic disease as it is chronic in nature how ever there are various treatments to relive psoriatic nails like using penicillin group of antibiotics, cyclosporine ointments, corticosteroids and PUVA therapy these therapy is psoralen plus ultraviolet light A.
