Daytime sleeping is not a good thing if you do it against your will. If you think you have a serious feeling to sleep in the daytime but if you do not want to do that or you had a very good sleep in the previous night, there is a chance that you have a mental disorder or a physical problem. You can have a good sleep in the daytime, if you do not get a chance to sleep at night. That has no problem. But if you still feel sleepy after a long and sound sleep at night, you might have a problem, especially if the sleepy tendency goes for a long time.

Daytime sleepiness usually occurs if you have an unusual mental disorder. The lack of oxygen might cause it as it will have much less supply of oxygen in your brain. The less oxygen in your brain will cause daytime sleepiness.
Also a change in the brain order might cause this unusual problem. Different psychological problem, including depression might cause daytime sleepiness. This kind of sleepy tendency usually goes away if the treatment for the psychological problem works well.
The physical cause of the daytime sleepiness is usually occurs due to tiredness. But this kind of tiredness is not the usual tiredness due to hard working. Instead, this tiredness happens because of the weak physical condition and weak immune system in parallel to some other reasons like having attacked by any virus or micro biological animals.
How to prevent or get rid of daytime sleepiness
In this case the patient always has a sleepy tendency and that means all the daylong and the whole night. Infect, the patient never want to get up from the bed. There are several reasons for such medical condition and if you see yourself in this situation, you better go for immediate medical care. There might be less sever tiredness that causes the sleepiness and for them, you can start doing exercise.
